Terms of Service

These terms apply to every quote and order placed with Artistic Workshop Company ("Artistic Workshop", "we", "us") through shop.aw.ps, by phone, WhatsApp, email or at our branches. By placing an order you agree to them.

About us

Artistic Workshop has worked in the Palestinian market since 1990 in printing, promotional gifts and branded products, with our main branch and production workshops in Al-Ram and a showroom and office in Al-Balou, Al-Bireh.

Quotes and prices

  • Prices on the site are per piece and depend on the product, the quantity and the print method shown on each product.
  • Each product has a minimum order quantity and is sold in set multiples, as shown on its page.
  • Prices and stock may change without notice. A quote is confirmed only once we send it to you in writing.

Your logo and artwork

  • You are responsible for having the right to use any logo, text or design you send us for printing.
  • Please send your logo in good quality (vector files such as AI, PDF or SVG are best). We will tell you if a file is not suitable for printing.

Mockup approval and production

  • Before production we send you a mockup for approval. Please check the spelling, colors, logo position and quantities carefully.
  • Production starts only after you approve the mockup, and the approved mockup is final.
  • Printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen, depending on the material and the print method.
  • Production time depends on the quantity and the print method, and we confirm it with you when you approve your order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you place your order is the one that applies.
